Andrew Kitchen is an English professional football referee from Durham who has progressed rapidly through the domestic refereeing system. After spending two seasons officiating in the National League, Kitchen joined the Select Group 2 panel and became a regular referee in the EFL Championship. He made his Championship debut in September 2023 before reaching the Premier League, taking charge of West Ham United against Southampton on 19 April 2025. Kitchen continued to receive top-flight appointments during the 2025/26 season while remaining heavily involved in Championship fixtures. He has also worked as a fourth official and video match official at Premier League level.
